A Latin-fusion cafe on the Greenway, with a site that books and orders direct.

The View Tube sits on the Greenway looking over the Olympic Park: a Latin-fusion kitchen, a licensed bar and a beer garden, with a loyal local following. Its presence online did not match the place. The site that came up did not carry the menu properly, and reservations and orders were scattered across third-party platforms. The room was always good. What it needed was a home of its own that could take a booking and an order without a middleman in the way.

What we did.

• A site they ownWe rebuilt it from the ground up on a website they own, with the menu reading from a single live feed, so it stays current and belongs to the cafe, not a template they rent.
• Booking, directWe put table reservations on their own site, going straight to the cafe, so a booking never passes through a marketplace taking a cut.
• Ordering, directWe wired pickup ordering into the site itself, so a takeaway order belongs to The View Tube from the first tap.
• An assistant on every pageA web-chat assistant answers the questions guests ask, about the garden, the menu and booking, and points them to reserve or order, built in.
