The short version: this site runs no analytics and sets no marketing cookies. The assistant and the audit form process what you type into them, nothing more.
What we collect, and where it goes
There are two places on this site where you can type anything, and they are the whole story.
The profit-leak report form. Your business name, your name, a phone number or email address, and an optional note. We use them to reply to you and to prepare your report: the request is delivered to a monitored inbox and kept as a record. The report itself is built from what is already public about your business; we do not ask for your statements at this stage. We never sell or share any of it, and we never use one business's information to benefit another.
The AI assistant. What you type is processed to generate the answer in front of you, openly labelled as AI. The conversation lives in your browser for the visit and dies with it; we keep nothing of it. It is processed through a paid commercial AI service whose terms commit that what you type is never used to train public AI models, the same rule our published AI policy holds for client data.
What we do not collect
No analytics run on this site today. No advertising or marketing cookies are set, no session recording runs, and nothing watches how you browse. If we ever add measurement, you will be asked first, and this page will be updated before anything fires, never after.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. There is no form and no process to fight through: contact details are on the about page, and the request goes straight to the person responsible.
