When something breaks

If everything we run ever failed on a Friday night, your till still rings and your phone still takes bookings. You get that in writing.

That line holds because of how everything is put together. Your till is a vendor app on your own hardware; nothing we run sits between an order and your team. Your booking diary and your website fail separately, by design, so a website problem never touches a booking. Your card machine runs on its own system entirely.

And every client gets a printed fail-safe sheet, pinned up where the team works: the things that could break, what still works in each case, and what to do, written so anyone mid-rush finds their row in twenty seconds. We drill it once at staff training, and new hires get the same drill at no charge for as long as you subscribe.

Is there a contract?

No lock-in. Free to build, then £99 a month, ex VAT, month to month, leave any month on 30 days' notice. In your first 90 days, if you cannot see it working in pounds, you get every fee back and keep your domain, your Google profile and all your data. There is no build fee to claw back. The full exit charter is published at how you leave, and it is part of your agreement, not a brochure.
