Terms
Version 1.0 · Published
These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the agreement for paid work: that is a separate written contract we sign with you before any engagement begins.
Who we are
Dine Designis a trading name of Diego Gomes Rosa, a sole trader based in London, United Kingdom. Where these terms say "we", "us" or "Dine Design", that is who they mean. You can reach us at hello@dinedesign.co.uk.
Using this site
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Everything here is published for general information about what we do. It is not professional, legal, financial or business advice, and it is not an offer that forms a contract on its own.
The free profit-leak report
The profit-leak report is prepared from information that is already public about your business. It is offered free and it is information, not advice. It is our reading of where demand may be leaking, not a guarantee of any outcome, saving or result, and figures in it are illustrative unless we clearly say otherwise.
Requesting or receiving a report does not create a client relationship and puts you under no obligation. A paid engagement begins only when we both sign a separate written agreement.
The AI assistant
The assistant on this site is an AI, openly labelled as one. It answers from our published pages, it can be wrong, and it will not invent prices. Treat its answers as information to check, not as advice or a commitment by us. Anything that matters is confirmed in writing by a person before it counts. Our full AI policy sets out how it works, and the privacy notice covers what happens to what you type.
How our work is described
The work shown on this site describes projects we have built. Where a figure or a quote appears, it is real and specific to that business, published with that owner's permission. Nothing shown is a promise that your business would see the same: every business is different, and we say so plainly.
Intellectual property
The design, text, code and other content of this site belong to us or are used with permission, and are protected by law. You may view and share the pages, but you may not copy, republish or reuse the content for your own commercial purposes without our written consent.
Acceptable use
Please use the site lawfully and in good faith. Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it at scale, misuse the form or the assistant, or submit anything unlawful or another person's data without their permission.
Links to other sites
Where we link to a venue's live site or any other external page, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or availability. A link is not an endorsement.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or the free report. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version and date at the top show the current edition; a material change is a version bump here, never a silent edit.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site, are governed by the law of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
